    Marijuana withdrawal?

This may just be coincidence, but I thought I would ask.
Whenever I smoke regularly for a long period of time, like a couple weeks, and then stop... it seems like after a couple of days I become overly emotional about things, much in the same way that I experience PMS (temporary depression, sadness, anger, irritability, overreacting over minor things).
Could this sudden flux of emotion and mood be a symptom of weed withdrawal? Seems to happen with me often, and it's not PMS.

    Thanks!

I don't see why not. I don't get anything like that when I take a break, but it effects people differently, so it sounds plausible.

It definitely could be marijuana withdrawal. I quite smoking marijuana about 6 months ago. At first it was hard and my experience was not identical to yours but irritability and increased depression were big for me. It only lasted maybe 3 weeks and looking back on it, it was actaully prett easy quiting marijuana. It's probably 100 times easier to quit smoking marijuana than to quit smoking cigarettes.
