What makes you stressed?
For me it's trying to find a balance between study, work, exercise and social time. This semester I've been putting a lot of effort into getting good uni results and while it has been mostly paying off, I've found I've lost all my spare time that I was using to exercise, which I hate because sport and exercise are a strong passion in my life.
what makes you guys stressed and how do you handle it?

Re: What makes you stressed?
Usually with me it's money.
That, & worrying about friends and family...
I don't think I'll EVER stop stressing.. Im a born worryier.

Re: What makes you stressed?
Most of the time, my stress centers around people's expectations. This may at times involve work, home, etc. For me, living with MI makes it difficult to meet other's expectations of you without exaggerating the situation.

Re: What makes you stressed?
Study deadlines and trying to please everyone stress me out... one of the problems with my illness. There are times I felt I had to put things on hold even though I was told not to, everytime mum and dad visit me and my sister. ( I live with my sister) and it drives me bonkers!
