Constant fear

I worry about the future. I worry about the past. I worry when I wake up in the morning before I have a reason to worry!Perhaps I have become addicted to worry. Maybe it's in my mental makeup. I don't enjoy it, but I have a hard time just relaxing. I simply want to live my quiet life without dwelling over events which I have no control over! Does this affliction have a name besides anxiety?

I am a bit the same, I fear one day I will wake up and a Nuclear attack may happen.

Yeah, there is a specific term for it - Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

Yep, thats one of the conditions I have been diagnose of having ... but I must admit, my condition is alot better than what it was this time last year.
