bankruptcy anxiety

I've noticed I'm having to up my lorazepam as our bankruptcy comes closer. There are so many papers to fill out, it is stressing me to the max. This is a very difficult time for us, as the bankruptcy was caused by a crooked ex business partner that my husband had. Any ideas for coping? Thanks.

I, too, have financial woes that cause me deep anxiety. My suggestion is to try to take comfort in the actual act of doing something about it. At least you can do what you can and be part of the process. You have my sympathies and hope everything goes smoothly.
