I had a rough day. Got little sleep, and feel very depressed.
All I can think about it just one cut. But it's been a month in counting since I have cut.

I can't get my kitten to stop crying. I have fed her, cuddled her, and everything.

I just found out my Father has cancer again, and will be going back on chemotherapy.

Please.
I just need to know someone is there...

youre doing so good continue on not cutting, in the end it just does more damage than good. maybe if you feel the crying is out of pain you can take the kitten to the vet , i wish you the best and ill pray for your dad, but im sure hes a survivor and hes defeated cancer once before i know he can beat it again, i wish you the best and i hope everything gets better ill pray that it does.

How old is your kitten? She might be cold or constipated. Try hard not to cut yourself. I know how good it feels to get rid of the emotional pain, but try to pet your kitten for support.
