Hi

I recently got diagnosed with mood disorder with bipolar symptoms, and i am taking 150mg seroquel xl a day, basically im just looking for some encouragement, as i have been finding it hard etc, any advice or whatever would also be apretiated. I had really bad mood swings b4 i went on the medication, they have subsided a little, but still having episodes of crying for no reason and a major feeling of lack of excitement, so yeah any advice would be apretiated/

hi, i suggest giving the medication some time to see if it works, when you do have episodes of crying ( i hate when that happens i had one recently) i suggest just letting it pass, i also suggest therapy there are places where its free check free clinics, try to take it day by day and i wish you good luck. try to not give up, keep up hobbies, be social when you can.
