Tired of the ride

I am sick of all the meds that don't work and tired of the doctors who make you feel worse than you felt before you saw them. I am tired of the ride. These ups and downs are killing me. I know the down will pass but it will just come back again. Help.

I have felt like you so many times over the years. I am not bi-polar, but feel the same about my depression at times. I try not to look too far into the future and live each day as it comes. It's like "hey, I made it through this day, I can do this tomorrow too." Take care, Ashes.

Thanks I know things will improve, its just getting through the days or even the events in the days until then thats tough.

I often feel the same way. I had a horrible bout with depression in January this year (2011), so bad that for the first time I attempted suicide. Sometimes I think it is unfortunate that I am still here. After almost 3 months of frequent visits to the doctor and a new med regimen, I feel some better, but I walk on eggshells waiting for the next bomb to drop, because it always does. Hope things get better for you.
