Well saw doc today, not my usual doc ok. I explained the diffifculties I'd been having with prozac. He wasn't listening as after I told him he said 'so what's the problem with the prozac?'. I repeated the bare essentials of the side effects I had been experiencing. He wasn't really interested but he wasn't rude or anything.

Upshot was I'm to continue on 20mg (I asked about 10mg but he said it didn't go down that low). He also prescribed me 14 diazapam 5mg to take at night. I asked him

So 2009 is nearly over, all I can say is thank **** for that.

2009 has been a very painful year for me, didn't start all that well as I spent the first 10 months barely sleeping but at the same time I have made so much progress on my recovery and a lot of my pain stems from the backlash from getting out more and mixing with people.

2010 looks like it will also be painful, again for the right reasons. I have been referred for counselling/therapy and that will be painful
