Hello, I have withdrawn from using Mirtazapine 7 days ago and had a horrific experience the first 2 days were fine then the insommia came so haven't slept for 4 nights then the nausea and servere stomach pains, no appetite, not wanting to get up,anxiety and finally fever.
I was taken into hospital yesterday because of the pains in my stomach they thought it could be appendicitis but when the bloods came back they were all clear so then a chest xray that was fine.
I have had 2 drs talk to me and said it was a mystery they could see I had pain and definately a fever but didn't know why.
The fever won't go even with paracetamol, so I don't know whether it is withdrawl from mirtazapine or the return of depression.
has anyone experienced this or have any ideas.
