New to this... Having a bad day

Hi i am new at this well the forum part anyhow.
So i got diagnosed with depression around 3 months ago. Tried zoloft and it didn't work for me. So my my G.p put me on cymbalta (120).

I don't know if it's the antidepressants or me getting worse, things are spirling out of control, i have panic attacks and anxiety and so imagion myself dieing ( don't get me wrong i do not want to kill myself) it just comes to mind.

I got referred to a psychiatrist and cant get through to them it just rings out. I finally told my mum today, didnt get a great reaction, just 'are you sure your depressed' you see i am a great actor and am desperate not to let people know what's going on.

Just dont know what to do next... each day seems to be getting worse.

you have to go to your doctor or the person who referred you , even if that means a visit ,it probably is the medication, just try to get to your doctor good luck and you can be honest with your mom if she doesnt believe you tell her how you feel basically everything you listed on here, good luck
