Techniques to reduce stress
Stress is a common disease that is usually caused by depression and anxiety and it can be finished stress can be reduced due to many exercises but there are some techniques that can reduce stress and following are the tips that may reduce stress.
1. Walk 30 minutes
2. Listen soft music
3. Drink juices but not canned
4. Sitting alone like on grass and beach
5. Taking long breaths in the fresh air
6. Sleep is the best source of reducing stress

Well,thanks for sharing the best techniques to reduce stress...In my point of view walking and drinking juice are the best way to reduce stress...!
