I don't know what to do with myself

I'm really depressed and on top of it I'm piled deep in schoolwork and work. I hate my life right now and I hate what I'm studying but I'm a junior and I can't just change my major now. Every single day I am in pain/depression. I'm in so much debt. I literally hate everything and don't enjoy doing anything. All I want to do is sleep. I feel like everyone I get close to just goes away in the end so why do I even get close to anyone? I'm taking so many medications and I feel like a pill popper... it's embarrassing. So if I ever were to get close to someone I wouldn't want them to know that about me.. I honestly can't see myself doing anything 5 years from now or even being around. I've tried everything to help my depression but nothing works. I've tried medicine, meditation, exercise, eating better. Nothing makes it go away. What do I do?

i think you should speak to someone..someone you trust..parents, friends,or maybe just a professional stranger -therapist.
i had the same problem some time ago..than longer it lasts than worse it becomes..i use online therapy for example- where therapist will call you over the phone...and what is the best part- i am able to do it alone without bothering people around. i found project therapy-now.org where i've received the first session for free..next one was 30$ which was for me quite good price..
or just go to your school therapist ..just act
