1st Aid Remedies for Depression

Hi fellow members,
We are all members of the largest organisation on the planet - Depression, because everyone feels it at different times in their life. The happiest ones are the lucky ones who don't hang around for long, unless they are willing to help others.
As a new Bluepeople member, I would love to communicate with people - that means respond both ways. At age 67, I am just now getting my confidence back to achieve things again. I have had my share of life situations that dragged me down a bit, and had occasions of suicidal thought, because of feeling of no purpose in life, apathy, because could see no future progress - but pulled through, because I knew of 1st aid resources.
One costs, but the other 4 are free. I can assure you they all help, but will explain if anyone asks.
