Sorry I should have added a bit more about myself. My name is Mark and the above link is to a blog I've just started called Dancing With The Black Dog. It is a warts n all account of my battle with anxiety and depression. So far there are 2 posts and my story will be unfolding over the next several weeks. I decided to tell my story as a blog because I want to 'give it away' out of gratitude for the fact that I took on the black dog, and I won! Also because if ever I am having a bad day these days (nowhere near as bad as the black dog days) I remember where I have been, where I am and I feel eternally grateful that my bad days nowadays ain't so bad after all!
I hope I can help you at least find some comfort in reading my story.
