    I don't know what to do...

    I feel like everything is falling apart and I can't keep it together. I am so tired of trying to be perfect. I think this is starting to impact my job and I have isolated myself socially. I have had this before and been through therapy but it just doesn't seem to help. Am I flawed? Do I have to live the rest of my life like this?

    Sorry you are feeling down. Just remember it will pass and you will start feeling better. Have you tried any anti depressants?
