how to overcom stage fear

My name is stalin kumar.
I got job as lecturere in Engg College. But I could not talk front of all student well. I feel much fear and words dont come out. which I speak that looks as speak with much fearness. I speak with emotion and getting quick tention. Please anyone can suggest to over come this problem.

It takes time my friend to get used to speaking in front of a class of students.

I have been to an organisation called www.toastmasters.org it is an international organisation and is likely that one is located near where you live ... it is great and helps over come the fear of speaking in front of the public.
