Relieving depression by imitating the most common fetal hand, arm position

    Hi,

Ill be as brief as possible in this first post and can add more later, but I want to make sure this is gong to work for everyone first. I am able to reduce my depression by one half in
one hour by putting my hand, arm in the same position as the fetus in the womb, and doing it for a day abolished all depression symbms for a lifelong problem. Its a hugely effective trigger for depression healing and so many other things I and others have tried and its equivalnet on. . Doing it a lot makes me depression proof and this was a lifelong problem for me. I am almost certain this is a universal gene in all of us that evolved in the fetus and so will work for everyone. Can anyone interested in trying this with current depression please try this for one hour under the conditions set forth below, not near manmade radiation like computer , cell phone etc and post what percent of their depression is relieved? I honestly believe this is the answer to depression. There is a much more convenient way to accomplish the same effect that I can explain later.

Here is how you do it.

THe simplest way for one to do so is to place either hand, you can alternate, up near the shoulder , clavicle of chin or mouth , whatever is most comfortable, hold it reasonably still, have nothing in your hand. You can rest your elbow on something if you wish. If you want to lie down , do so on your back and rest your hand on your upper chest but curl your fingers so your entire fllat palm doesnt touch your chest. You can walk around which only detracts a little, but keep hand as still as reasonably possible.

Since this healing, thriving trigger evolved in the fetus certain modern man made things make it not work as well or some totally eradicate the effect. Man made electronic radiation eliminates the effect while too near the source, so dont use a computer or monitor during the moments you are trying this, plasma or big screen tv, modern radio if within a few feet, the electronics in about half the modern cars, a street power line if super close, I wouldnt want it to be only ten yards away or closer, the farther away the better. You cant have smoked a cigarette within the last number of hours. It obviously reduces the effect to take immunosuppressive drugs, the cortisone type steroids, most of the ones Ive tested that affect the nervous system also suppress the immune system, like the cortisone steroids the opiate pain killers the oxycodone, percocet type drugs , or valium and other benzodiazepines like ambien, or probably other antianxiety meds, muscle relaxants , cough medicine, etc. Take your watch and rings off, I can explain why. Hopefully there isnt one of those big electrical transmission or Cell Phone towers nearby. Please dont try it unless you take the listed precautions which really do matter for it to work. IF you dont have an hour, see if 15 minutes reduces your depression to any noticeable degree.

    So thats all for now.

Re: Relieving depression by imitating the most common fetal hand, arm position

To give you an idea of how strong the action is of this technique, a woman from Alaskasent me a mesage that she tried this and this is the message she sent me about it. Her short time of ten minutes for cure is not the norm, the norm is one to 2 hours for a cold, but I have seen the fever and sore throat dies in less, even 15-20 minutes before , on with a cold and one with influenza which was quite severe. Make sure you follow all instructions above if you try it.

"Hi! I was suffering from a severe sore throat and chest cold thing that was well into its second week and still going strong when I tried your suggestion.I had not had any sickness in about five years.

I immediately- with no winding down or slow reduction of the glaring symptoms- was relieved just boom-GONE! Not a sputter or putter thereafter, and no more 103 fever, I just assumed the position, and in less than 10 minutes-I was completely symptom free.Stunning!
    Thank you very much!"

    (Her internet name is Perseus)

This same woman Perseus, also posted this on bLueflash.cc . This is her friends results

    perseus posts:

"...................I gave my friend the instructions, although he claimed to have some doubt as to the likelihood that it could work for him-he's 6'4 and 260lbs- he followed them to a tee, and, not surprisingly, he no longer has the deep chest cold and nasty flu-like symptoms-including vomiting, that for several days he was experiencing. He was quite shocked. He said that in about an hour, the congestion and waves of cramping in his gut stopped-cold. He now has no doubt that this works."

Re: Relieving depression by imitating the most common fetal hand, arm position

A friend emailed me today about using this fetal hand positon:

Quote "Steve, you know how you always stipulate that the ‘fetal cure’ won’t work for smokers. Therefore, I never tried it. But I did read the report below and the one you sent along a day or two earlier and I remembered that you recommend the technique for depression as well. So I thot if it works for depression, then why not angst? No harm in trying it whether I smoke or not. So I did it for something close to ten minutes yesterday.

I had already gone through one of those angst bouts earlier and had turned the corner on it which made it difficult to know if subsequent improvement was attributable to the technique or not. Whatever the case, feelings of tension and stress lifted further and results improved dramatically for a time although the stress did return later in the day. But this improvement wasn’t the real story.

I have a sinus condition, something I have had off and on for many yrs and very persistently for the last four or five. I have tried antibiotics from time to time and they do lessen it but it always comes back. It’s just something I have learned to live with and don’t think about most times. When I decided to do the exercise, I wasn’t even thinking about the condition and didn’t until I noticed that my sinuses were draining. This started to occur within minutes of doing the exercise. Didn’t pay it any attention at first but when my nose started to ‘run’ and the sinus passages actually cleared I couldn’t deny the change any longer. So far, there has been no reversal of the improvement and when I woke up this morning I was still totally clear. I have since experienced more drainage but it is much lighter and sinus passages remain unblocked. This is remarkable." Unquote

    Today this same friend reports:

I cant say yet for sure if it reduces anxiety any better than other techniques such as deep breathing. I think it does but more experimentation is reqd. No question about the sinus condition though. While the symptoms did return slightly yesterday, they were greatly reduced and further practice with the position last night had the same positive effect as the first time. I woke up this morning with clear sinuses.

Another person who smokes with sinus tried this method and it didnt work, even though in five non smokers it did for sinus , so I feel my friends results were not going to be the norm, as a smoker.

Re: Relieving depression by imitating the most common fetal hand, arm position

I have a question. Do antidepressants, even when they are effective, keep a person from reaching the high notes of joy: I know this woman who when she used to be having fun, like when she was partying, drinking, she would exude sheer joy. But since she has been taking antidepressants, even now when she isnt depressed, and even when drinking and partying, she is having SOMEdegree of fun, but not hitting those same high notes of joy, those peak joy or fun or delight experiences,,. IN addition it seems to reduce her warmth, her expressions and feelings of warmth towards people. Is this your experience too?

    Thanks,

    Steve Lord
