Exercise
Hello all! After my "Weighty Issues" post the other day, I have since been to the gym. I tried a spinning class for the first time! Other than a really sore buttocks, I feel really good about going (during the work-out however, I thought I was going to die!) I am going back this evening to give it another bash...

That's great you made it to the gym. I recently started getting back to the gym and it can be hard to get motivated but once you do it really does make you feel better. Not only the physical aspect the the mental aspect of accomplishing something that can be so hard. Keep it up, it's good for you

I have fibromyalgia along with the depression stuff....so exercise is not something I enjoy. But since I started a weight loss program in April, and have taken to walking. It has really helped my mood and weight loss. Keep up the good work.

You should make yourself busy in some interesting exercises like swimming .....
It would also help you reduce the depression issue faced by you...

Yes zoyajoy fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness in localized areas and it is really an addition to depression and walking is a good decision to reduce some weight and it would also help you in reducing depression.

Exercise is important for health and has a lot of benefits.I like to do some good exercises like walking and running. yoga is also a good one so everyone should do exercise regularly because people have no any awareness about benefits of it.

Yeah and there is also another benefit to workout in a gym that
you do not need to face the problem like irregularity while working out in a gym..

Good one and better one exercise is much helpful to maintain
your body and physique... This will be much helpful to have the
body figure of your own choice... Swimming, Running, Jogging,
Rock climbing and like these one's exercises are much helpful....

I would say that working out in gym also helps to be regular with your exercise...
People doing at home mostly have to face issues like irregularity.

Gym is a good place to do many exercises but i have a simple idea. Try to do walk regularly. It will help you when you feel stress. I also do it when i feel stress. it makes me active and healthy.

Well i agree with you that exercise is good for health and i also do exercise and my favorite exercise is running and swimming. Because these are the basic exercises.

I think exercise play very important role in life and it has much benefits, i think any exercise like jogging, walking and other exercise reduce to weight loss.

My exercises of choices are yoga-like stretching, walking, and swimming in the summer. I also sometimes bicycle.
I don't use a car, so I do plenty of walking around.

According to my opinion exercises are the best solution for the fitness.
I also do the exercise daily at morning. Exercises are helpful to increase the stamina of the body.

Gym is one of the best way to reduce weight and belly fat and I have also seen many of my friends, who have reduce their weight and belly fat and now they looked so handsome man. WOW Gym is great.

If you are regular to gym then do ensure to spend some in Cardio workouts also.
