im a little confussed as to what is paranoia and what is ocd !!! after reading on www.beyondblue.com.au its says ocd can be
* had repetitive thoughts or concerns that are not simply about real life problems (e.g. thoughts that you or people close to you will be harmed) i was under the impression this was paranoia or delusions

My doctor called them intrusive thoughts and labeled them under the OCD category.

thad does some what make me feel a little more at ease.. do u ever have the thought this wont end and ull always suffer ?? its quiet scary

I feel like that all the time. I know there are things that will make life easier and help me make it through tough times but I am afraid of it never ending. Your right its very scary. Although I should mention that I am Bipolar 1 so things tend to go up and down for me.

I am that way when I am starting to go into an episode. I know the things aren't real but I cant ignore it. When I am in a full episode I am convinced that it is real and no one can convince me otherwise.

I have recovered from my severe religious OCD. It took ERP therapy and meds, but they worked great! Hope the 2 of you can get the help you need. OCD just plain stinks - big time.
