Hi everyone, I'm 25 and I'm from Queensland, Australia. I was recently diagnosed with depression and anxiety, although I have a suspicion that I have been suffering from both undiagnosed for much of my life.

I was happy to find this site as I would like to meet people and talk about my situation.

Hi Heartstringz,

I would like to know more about the symptoms you have and how they are affecting you in your day to day living. Are you taking any medication and which ones? Have you been informed about cognitive behavioural therapy?
