Living without Antidepressant
Hello,
I've been diagnosed bipolar 12 years ago. Since, I received loads of medication and nevertheless went from depression to depression. I'm kind of fed up taking these pills. I'm on a course of quiting Effexor, keeping only Lithium and Zeldox (ziprasidone to treat anxiety). Is it possible to live without antidepressant? Do you know any personalities, book, life case scenario, document that can inspire me into this goal?
Thank you in advance,
Rocky Cloud

Re: Living without Antidepressant
yes it is possible to live without antidepressants.
Is it the best course of action? That can be very hard to
figure out. Why Effexor, not so much a bipolar drug?
Multiple issues? ie depression, anxiety, bipolar depression.
Have you been on an antidepressant( or several at once) for 37 years ,
the majority of the time?
