I just want to feel numb!!!

I had one of the worst days, fought with ex-husband, didn't talk to my son, my ride didn't pick me up to take me to counseling, It's hot as hell, I feel like the my stress level is through the ruff and I'm not going to lie, I just took 5mg ativan and malt liquor just to numb my mind so I don't have to think about anything, atleast for tonight. Yes my problems will be there tomorrow but If I can just have a break tonight it will be a blessing.

I appreciate it and talking does help hence me missing my counseling session yesterday. Today is some what of a better day After all these years, I'm still trying to figure out this copin stuff
