Conclusions The majority of patients suffering from a post-traumatic TOS present a neurogenic, usually subjective syndrome. Prompt therapeutic
management is necessary, addressing both physical and psychological complaints. Most patients are cured or well improved by
conservative and/or surgical treatment.
