Self-Therapy Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women each undergoing self-therapy. Self-therapy is based on the principle that we each have the capacity to be our own guide on life’s journey. Experience has taught us that all the answers to life are within – and that the best therapist can only guide us in this direction. Ultimately it is up to us to heal ourselves.

Our program rests on our experience that unresolved traumas from childhood block our connection with our true self. Where we remain traumatized we act out unconsciously and destructively in any number of ways – according to the templates of our traumatic past. We heal by resolving our traumas. This frees our deeper gifts and opens us up to our life’s purpose.

Self-Therapy Anonymous is a nonprofessional program. The fellowship is free to all who wish to explore their inner selves, and each group is fully self-supporting by its members’ voluntary contributions. We come together in a safe and anonymous space for guidance, support, and inspiration in order to heal ourselves, our human family, and our planet home.
Everyone in Self-Therapy Anonymous is equal and guides his or her own healing process. Our leaders are but trusted servants of our principles, and recognize that we each have a higher leader within.
