I feel a lot more hopeless as each day goes by & it never gets any better. I don't know how much more I can take.. Every night I myself2, & each day I wake up more as I think of what I've been through in life & never suceed in anything.. I feel so worthless, so full of pain..

How would you end it? Do u need to speak to someone? If u would like I can listen? I don't know what you've been through, but I can take a guess at the pain your feeling. I've had depression for many years and my anti depressants arnt at the right dosage and only today and this weekend I have suffered a tourturing break up. To be honest I'm at the end of my rope too. So, if I can do anything to help let me know.

i know the feeling but someone once said that you don't want to die,
you just want to stop these feelings and it's true, depression is something hard,
really hard to get away from it, but please, keep going,there is still hope, i promise
there is a lot of people that will love to listen to you and help you. i pray that you feel better soon.
