Flood of Rain: my music inspired by depression
Greetings, friends.
back in 2004 i began a music project as a way of expressing my sadness and anxiety without the need of explaining myself to others (as i have never been the best at talking to anybody about how i feel)
Flood of Rain was formed, each song relating to a particular moment or point in my life, as i had suffered from major anxiety as well as a bipolar disorder.
my one goal through all of this, is to hopefully inspire other people and show them that even in the darkest of times, we still have the ability to shine. my depression has not left me, but sometimes, even i can begin to see a light at the end of the long, dark tunnel

That is beatiful music! Playing the guitar and listening to music like yours helps me with my depression also. Somehow when playing guitar or listening to other people's music I can kind of forget about depression. I have a few videos on the computer of me playing guitar, I think I'm going to figure out how to post them here.

you're music is beautiful. i don't know how to explain it, but it really captures what I'm feeling a lot of the time.

thanks for both of your comments, guys
it's so hard to express how you feel when talking to people sometimes, instead of trying to find words for how I feel, i find it's easier to release it in a way which is more like a journey, helping purge the negative aspects of life and to look towards the things that keep me going. thanks again
