Capacilion delivers monthly upskilling courses through Google Classroom and sends friendly, personalized reminders to employees via Discord. Ensuring consistency in training while reducing the burden on managers.
Capacilion orchestrates end-to-end learning workflows using modular Make scenarios that connect Google Classroom, Discord, and Google Sheets. Training reminders are tailored to real business priorities, helping employees stay engaged and aligned. All data is automatically logged, enabling full transparency and easy oversight.
Since launch, Capacilion has increased monthly course completion rates by over 40%, contributing to a more skilled, aligned, and customer-centric team. By combining automation with personalization, Blue People created a learning experience that scales efficiently and encourages self-driven growth.
