The project was born out of a critical need to transition from a manual, "analog" sales culture to a data-driven digital operation. While the organization already followed a standardized sales process, it was executed through disparate tools and manual tracking, leading to fragmented information. It was necessary to build this tool because the lack of a centralized system made it nearly impossible to access the client portfolio remotely or in real-time.
There was a clear requirement for a solution that could not only house client data but also solve the "visibility gap", the inability to measure exactly how long a sale takes or where leads were dropping off. Without a digital home for these processes, calculating essential business health metrics like the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) remained a matter of estimation.
