This Tech + Tequila session featured Alan Vargas, Account Executive at GitLab, in a conversation about how AI is reshaping software delivery and shifting where bottlenecks appear across the development process.

Using Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints as a framework, the session explored why increasing coding speed alone does not guarantee faster delivery, and why teams need to look at the entire path from idea to production.
