Blue People needed a scalable, automated way to track compliance with internal best practices, without relying on manual reminders or checklists. Ensuring that teams followed practices like daily standups or documentation standards was critical, but difficult to measure consistently across a growing organization.
To address this, Blue People launched Agilion: an automated chatbot assistant that prompts employees to submit evidence for specific practices, validates compliance against pre-defined criteria, and provides a performance score. It then determines whether to follow up later or request immediate corrective action, creating a dynamic, self-managed feedback loop.
Agilion sends personalized messages (via Discord) asking for evidence. Such as screenshots or links, to confirm that practices are being followed (e.g., daily standups are scheduled and conducted). It analyzes the submissions, checks them against established criteria, and scores the result. If the score meets the threshold, Agilion waits several weeks before following up. If not, it prompts for corrective action and follows up within days, ensuring quick course correction and continuous accountability.
By automating the process of evidence collection and compliance scoring, Agilion reduces manual oversight and fosters greater ownership across teams. It ensures that standards are not only defined, but consistently reinforced, with measurable, trackable outcomes. This has helped improve adherence to practices, reduced the need for manager intervention, and created a more self-sustaining operational environment.
