We brought Tech & Tequila to Chicago for a special homecoming session with Dr. Alfredo Arvide, Chief Innovation Officer at Blue People! Returning to the city where his tech journey began over 20 years ago, Alfredo pulled back the curtain on how to bridge the gap between AI hype and measurable ROI.

Rather than abstract theory, the room got a deep dive into four custom AI workflows engineered by Blue People to solve real operational drag: Bluna (24/7 lead intake), Agilion (compliance validation), Agent Hugo (instant institutional knowledge), and Capacilion (automated training compliance). It was an evening packed with practical frameworks, high-level networking, and great tequila with Chicago’s tech community.
